Bachelor graduates whose degree must include the following skills: -\tKnowledge of and ability to apply basic principles of educational science -\tKnowledge of and ability to apply anthropological, social and cultural conditions of education -\tIn-depth knowledge and application of work as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods in educational science -\tOrientation knowledge of learning theory and general teaching approaches -\tKnowledge of and ability to apply basic principles of interaction and communication -\tKnowledge and overview knowledge of extracurricular institutions and organisations, of educational action and professional fields in educational and cultural work, as well as vocational education and professional action in this context. The examination board determines the equivalence of skills.
