Target group

Working professionals who have more than 1 year of professional experience after completion of a first professionally qualifying academic degree. These applicants would like to document their professional environment with the respective working environment through practical educational research. They would like to use the results of this reflection for the further development of their field of work and for the shaping of their organisation, bringing innovation to the workplace.

Annotation

The master's program comprises a total of 120 credit points. In each of the six semesters, two modules of 10 credit points must be taken. The attendance phases are structured in such a way that employed people miss a maximum of three weeks at their place of business per semester:

In addition to the higher education entrance qualification, proof of a completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, generally one year's professional experience and a study cooperation agreement with a partner company with a suitable subject area must be provided.
