The course is aimed at all those who have completed a first professionally qualifying degree in the subject of Ecotrophology (or similar) with an overall grade of at least "good" and who can also provide proof of special aptitude related to the course.

Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences offers the master's program in cooperation with Münster University of Applied Sciences, Department of Oecotrophology. At Münster University of Applied Sciences, the topics of the master's program in the research field of sustainable nutrition are deepened (www.fh-muenster.de). With its WABE centre trial programme, the Hochschule Osnabrück offers a practically oriented institution for research and teaching with a focus on sustainable food and food production as well as nutritional information and education.
