Admission requirements
Proof of a bachelor's degree comprising 180 credit points, with at least 70 credit points in mathematics and 70 credit points in computer science, from a higher education institution in Germany or a degree from a university in Germany or abroad that is not significantly different. Credits not obtained in the underlying Bachelor's degree course can also be taken into account. This is determined by the Examination Board. If proof of a maximum of 30 CPs is missing, registration can take place on condition that these are obtained by the end of the first year of study. If the requirement is not met within the first year of study, it is usually not possible to carry on with the course. If no credit points are shown on the certificates to be submitted, the required knowledge must be demonstrated to at least a comparable extent.
