Admission requirements

Since this is a degree programme with vocational and academic elements, a suitable placement position is required in addition to a study place. The integration of theory and practice begins from the first semester. For your application, this means specifically: You need a confirmation of a placement position to be able to enrol in our degree programme. We recommend that you provide your potential employer with initial information about the degree programme when applying. To do this, see the section "Information for organisations/cooperation partners" for more information. If you already have a suitable placement position, you are welcome to "bring it along". Your placement position organisation must be recognised as a cooperation partner before you apply to the university. The organisation is welcome to contact us for this. As the BA in Child and Youth Welfare (dual) is a distance learning course, you can choose your placement position regardless of the location of the university.
