Target group

The continuing education degree course is aimed at architects, civil engineers, employees of banks, savings banks and public authorities, real estate specialists and anyone familiar with property/real estate valuation. It is aimed at administrators, appraisers and experts who are involved in the valuation of developed and undeveloped land as well as rents and leases and who require recognised tools and the necessary functional skills to do so.

Annotation

The degree course can also be studied as a certificate course. In addition to the Master of Engineering academic degree, it is also possible to obtain the following interim qualifications/certificates from Kaiserlautern University of Applied Sciences, which are relevant to the job market: Specialist for the valuation of developed and undeveloped land Expert for the valuation of developed and undeveloped land as well as rentals and leases

Enrolment for the holiday semester EUR 100.00. Enrolment for the following semester EUR 770.00 (from the fifth semester). Master’s thesis fee EUR 500.00. In addition, a social contribution (student union and student union executive committee fee) must be paid per semester. The fees are VAT-free.
