Pharmacy is the science of medicines. It deals with the quality and effects of drugs as well as their development, manufacture, testing, marketing and distribution. Pharmacy is therefore an interdisciplinary science that combines subjects in the natural sciences, medicine, technology and economics. In the "Industrial Pharmacy Dual" degree programme with vocational and academic elements, this broad spectrum is complemented by a large practical component in a company, which is why it was designed as an intensive degree course. The degree course is ideal for students with diverse interests, as they not only specialise in a narrow field, but also receive a broad scientific and medical education with numerous options for their future careers.
