University of applied sciences degree course. The Bachelor’s degree course in Health Management with a focus on Medical Controlling at the Health and Medical University Erfurt combines business administration, medicine and management. Students acquire practical skills in operational and strategic medical controlling, quality management, project management and corporate development. This academic degree offers a double qualification in medicine and business administration as well as basic management training. In addition, the additional qualification "Certified:Quality-Management Officer"" is awarded. The full-time degree course lasts six semesters and starts in the winter semester.

Admission requirements

The degree programme is free of admission restrictions – the Thuringian Higher Education Act formulates in the higher education entrance qualification the following qualifications that lead to the entrance qualification: – the general higher education entrance qualification, – subject-specific higher education entrance qualification – the (also subject-related) subject-specific higher education entrance qualification – the professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree, – the master craftsman's examination and comparable continuing education, – the university of applied sciences degree or – the completion of lower secondary education together with a suitable completed vocational training and then acquired at least two years of professional experience.
