Annotation

In addition to the theoretical phases of study at the HöMS University of Applied Sciences in the Mühlheim department, the course also includes practical phases of study (work placements) at Deutsche Rentenversicherung (German Pension Insurance) Hessen. The course starts on 1 September every year.

Admission requirements

Training within the administration. No direct application at the higher education institution. Applications have to be addressed to the responsible training authorities. In the so-called 'Vorbereitungsdienst' (preparatory stage of training) only those who fulfil the legal requirements for the appointment can be recruited to the civil service. Information regarding the additional appointment requirements (school education, maximum age, etc.), the application deadlines and the application documents to be submitted can be found on the web pages of the educational authorities.
