Annotation
A wide range of areas are covered, giving graduates a broad base of knowledge. The modules in APE are for the winter semester: Drive and Control Technology, Construction Materials, Innovative Production and Manufacturing Engineering, elective module Calculation and Simulation Methods and elective module Management Competencies; In the summer semester: Robotics, Design Methodology, Quality Assurance in Production, Project and Research Work. All modules offer highly practical training related to current industry topics.
Admission requirements
A first professionally qualifying degree (BSc, BEng, Diploma degree, or similar) in the field of Engineering worth 210 ECTS. Otherwise, a preparatory course worth 30 credits is required. Depending on previous knowledge of mechanical engineering and/or mechatronics, etc., a one-semester preparatory course may be required or may also be used in the event of fewer than 210 ECTS to deepen qualifications in the technical field.
