The degree programme is offered as a minor subject only. The standard period of study is governed by the specifications of the examination regulations for the main subject. The subject combination of History as the major subject with the two minor subjects of Philosophy and History and Philosophy of Sciences is excluded.

English language skills (level B1) must be demonstrated by the end of the first two semesters. In addition, the acquisition of an ancient foreign language (Latin or Greek) as well as French is strongly recommended.
