Target group

Professionals in the M&A field with a first certificate of academic degree, ideally in Law or Economics. You have already worked in the study-relevant area for at least 12 months, applied the methods and knowledge acquired in the first degree and would like to deepen and further develop these in the master's programme.

With its interdisciplinary approach at the interface of law and economics, the degree programme provides course career-integrated customized legal, business and tax expertise in the areas of M&A and corporate finance.
