Annotation
The degree course provides targeted support to emergency service professionals as they transition into an educational role. Teaching work placements, supervised demonstration lessons and individual coaching promote the development of a reflective teaching identity from the outset. In close cooperation with training schools in the healthcare sector, the degree programme combines practical experience and academic study. Professional experience in emergency services is systematically linked with academic, educational and communication skills, thereby supporting sustainable professional development in the new field.
Admission requirements
- Completed training as a paramedic or
- Completed training as an ambulance assistant and permission to use the professional title "paramedic"
