The degree course is a cooperation between the Ministry for General and Vocational Education, Science, Research and Culture, the Institute for Quality Development at Schools in Schleswig-Holstein (IQSH) and the Europa-Universität Flensburg. Applications must be submitted exclusively to the Ministry.

To be submitted:
proof of completed Bachelor's degree in the form of an officially certified copy and
proof of relevant professional experience in education of at least one year full-time, and
proof of proficiency in German (level C2), in the case of a non-German Bachelor's degree according to the entry requirements.

Special semester times apply at the Europa-Universität Flensburg: Lecture periods start as early as September (autumn semester) and March (spring semester)
