Admission requirements

The admission requirements for the MBA Real Estate degree course are: First relevant professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree A bachelor's degree in a degree programme at a university with at least 240 ECTS** (e.g. in Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Architecture, Law, Engineering). A Diploma degree, master's degree, master's degree, state examination or an equivalent academic degree from a university with at least 240 ECTS*. English level B2 or 5 ECTS At least one year of post-graduate professional experience **If you have less than 240 ECTS credits, you may still be able to start the programme if you can demonstrate that you have gained the missing credits through previous professional experience (in particular theoretical or practical knowledge, professional skills or other special skills). There are no further admission requirements, for example in the form of a numerus clausus.
