Target group

- Graduates with a Bachelor's degree (at least 180 ECTS credit points) in a course oriented towards Business Administration or Geography with a focus on Tourism or Leisure and Recreation Studies (at least 30 ECTS credit points), note: If necessary, Bachelor theses on tourism topics can also be recognised as a focus area. - Graduates with a Bachelor's degree (at least 180 ECTS credit points) from other degree courses (e.g. Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences and Cultural Studies) with proof of a Tourism or Leisure and Recreation Studies course (at least 30 ECTS credit points), - Even without an academic tourism background, with sufficient relevant practical experience and submission of a compelling letter of motivation, - Graduates with professionally relevant Bachelor's degrees worth 210 or more ECTS credits can be admitted to the 2nd study semester.

Annotation

From winter semester 2024/2025, the Master's degree programme in Sustainable Tourism Management will be offered as a full-time course (standard period of study four semesters) and a part-time course (standard period of study seven semesters). Entry directly to the second study semester is also possible in the summer semester for students with a 210-ECTS Bachelor's degree
