The MBA academic degree at DIPLOMA prepares you optimally for management tasks and positions in Germany and abroad. Thanks to the professional skills gained – combined with your professional experience – you will be ideally qualified to take on responsible business tasks in the management sector. In addition, MBA graduates can be deployed primarily for strategic roles. Comprehensive systemic skills are taught to enable them to perform these tasks successfully. With the Master of Business Administration academic degree in Leadership & Management at DIPLOMA, you also meet the requirements for a subsequent doctorate. In addition, the Master’s academic degree enables access to the higher civil service.

Admission requirements

Among other things, the following qualifications apply for admission to the MBA programme: - Degree (Diploma degree, Bachelor's degree course, Magister, Master's degree course) with at least 210 ECTS credit points* - At least 2 years of professional experience, with initial leadership/management experience - Eligible command of English, demonstrated by relevant certificates (TOEIC, TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate) or an aptitude interview Applicants who cannot show proof of 240 ECTS have the opportunity to gain up to 60 ECTS through accreditation or recognition of knowledge and skills gained outside the degree course or academically – after consultation with the degree service at DIPLOMA University and individual examination. Alternatively, bridge courses to acquire 60 ECTS can be taken at the DIPLOMA University of Applied Sciences. For degrees from non-German universities, the equivalence must be proven for admission.

Tuition fees

Online study with live online seminars: choose one of three financing models. E.g. instalment model 1, with EUR 397.00 per month and a term of 18 months, or instalment model 3, with EUR 3,490.00 per year (2 instalments). For further rate models, see the degree course page.
