Admission requirements

- Bachelor's degree or other certificate of academic degree in accordance with the Higher Education Act (Hochschulgesetz ) of North Rhine-Westphalia in Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Information Systems, Medical Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology, Media Economics or a comparable degree course with at least 210 CP in accordance with the ECTS framework (if the candidate has at least 180 CP, 30 CP can be credited from professional practice (decided on a case-by-case basis)) or the First State Law Examination (Law) - and qualified professional experience (mainly in the field of compliance and/or corporate security) of generally not less than one year (the preparatory stage of training (Vorbereitungsdienst) is considered relevant professional experience) - evidence of knowledge of legal methodology and in the field of corporate law
