Specialists and managers in social work, healthcare and nursing institutions, in councelling centres, in cities and municipalities. Employees in the fields of education and pastoral care. The course of study can also serve as preparation for a career as a diversity manager.

Annotation

The Master's degree course is organised in franchise cooperation between the katho and the Archdiocese of Cologne. Teaching staff include professors and lecturers from the Catholic University of Applied Social Sciences, the Archdiocese of Cologne, the Diocesan Caritas Association for the Archdiocese of Cologne and other institutions. In addition, representatives of other religious communities also teach on this degree course. This degree course is offered as a face-to-face course every three years. The next such course will start in the winter semester 2026/27.
