Admission requirements

Proof of a first professionally qualifying degree in a relevant degree programme with 210 ECTS credits (for the three-semester Master programme) or 180 ECTS credits (for the four-semester programme), at least 70 credits or 60 semester hours in biological, biomedical, biochemical or biophysical subjects in the Bachelor's degree programme, a Bachelor's thesis in German or English or an equivalent publication, as well as proof of practical laboratory activity of at least 18 weeks. Special regulations apply to applicants with 180 ECTS credit points or 6 semesters. Proof of at least 70 ECTS credit points or 60 credit hours in biological, biomedical, biochemical or biophysical subjects, plus command of the teaching language English.
