Graduates of economics and business studies who would like to work in the field of personnel development, in-company initial and continuing vocational training or as vocational school teachers. In Baden-Württemberg, the course of study opens up access to preparatory service for vocational schools.

Admission requirements
- a first higher education degree qualifying for a profession or an equivalent degree in a course of study with a focus on economics (graduates of university, university of applied sciences and vocational academies or equivalent international training institutions). Applicants for this programme must have earned at least 180 credits (ECTS). Or - a first higher education degree qualifying for entry into a profession or equivalent degree in a non-economic science programme. In this case, the eight-month compact study programme Management must be completed before commencing the Master's degree programme. - knowledge of English at the B2 level. Proof by TOEFL test or adequate test, also possible by telephone. - Letter of Motivation, in which applicants explain the reasons for which they wish to complete this degree programme.
