Then the Master’s degree course in Business Administration and Management is just right for you. In the era of globalisation, internationality, resource management, leadership skills and digitalisation are becoming increasingly important. All of these are important elements of the Master’s degree course in Business Administration and Management. You will learn the basics of successful project management and be able to apply your knowledge in real company projects. The degree course is aimed at graduates of Business Administration and related study offer who want to secure access to higher positions in everyday professional life. 4mit8: In order to offer our students a high degree of flexibility, we have developed the "Viermitacht" model. The teaching content is taught in the form of hybrid semesters in four weeks of face-to-face classes at the university and eight weeks of digital classes.
