Annotation
The Leadership degree course qualifies you for a variety of managerial and leadership tasks. Possible fields of work can mainly be found in the line function in companies: e.g. business development, human resources, marketing. But you can also work in the broad field of management consulting: e.g. merger and acquisition projects. The degree course is organised over three semesters. Self-initiative, motivation and commitment are characteristics that are almost as essential for “students of the Leadership degree course” as for a “position as a manager” itself, since the achievement of “milestones” does not take place in all modules by means of examinations, but through relevant, challenging achievements such as assignments, lectures or project reports. These requires as intensive study as modules that are completed with an examination!
