The residential complex, which was built in the year 1992 due to an increasing number of students and a higher demand for living space, provides, in two buildings, 114 apartments with a private bathroom, two of which are disabled-friendly. The common kitchens are jointly used by two occupants. The remaining 16 apartments each are furnished in form of shared-living flats for two occupants, in which two tenants share one kitchen and a bathroom.

Attention: Exchange students have to apply for student housing directly at the International Office of the Hochschule Landshut. Applications to the Studentenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz will not be considered. For this reason, please abstain from contacting the Studentenwerk.
