Haus am BerggartenHaltenhoffstraße 95 A-D · 30419 Hannover
Overview
The new residential building is named after the nearby Berggarten, one of the oldest botanical gardens in Germany. It is located directly behind the Institute for Horticulture in Herrenhausen.
The house consists of four buildings which share the base structure on the ground floor. On this floor are, among other things, learning and working areas of Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH) and a large common room which can be used by all tenants. The storeys of the buildings are of different heights, which creates a varied street scene.
Especially the modern equipment, the proximity to LUH and the Herrenhäuser Gärten make this house so attractive.
