The five "Christian-Wolff-Haus" buildings are located in the south of Marburg.

The main building, "Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 111", was the first to be built and was taken over from the university league by the Studierendenwerk in 1977. This house was completely renovated and modernized in 2024/25 and now has 113 modern single rooms. The complex was extended by four more buildings in 1990 and 1992. Accommodation is offered in flat shares or WG for short.

The city centre is four km away and easy to reach by bus or bicycle. By (motor) bike you can quickly get to the faculties or Cafeteria Lanhbergen via Sonnenblickallee. There are also buses. There are 90 parking spaces at the facility.
