Locations: In addition to the headquarters on the university campus, SuUB Bremen is represented with eight other library locations at the universities in Bremen and Bremerhaven.; Stock: The library’s own E-LIB search system offers direct access to more than 80 m print and electronic resources.; Services: SuUB Bremen offers students modern individual workstations and group work zones as well as an extensive range of analogue and virtual options for individual consultation as well as training on topics such as academic research, literature management, open-access publishing or research data management.

Special features regarding university sports

The university offers its own sports programme. Participation is subject to fees. The university sports offer students, the university members and citizens of Bremen a varied program, which serves above all to promote the fun and the joy of common sport activities. The spectrum of the currently approx. 450 courses ranges from leisure and recreational sports, to student competitive sports, from acrobatics to circus arts. Participants can get to know new and alternative sports or improve performance and techniques in already known sports. Of the approx. 8,500 participants each semester, around one third are non-students
