The university offers its own sports programme. As a student of the NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School, you can participate in the Hamburg university sports programme at a lower price (at employee prices). Information on the programme can be found on the website for Hamburg university sports. Participation is free of charge. Every student has the opportunity to get involved according to his or her interests and to expand the university’s range of leisure and sports facilities. The offer is coordinated by the sports department. In addition to planning the indoor times during the week, which include fitness and football, we also take care of the organisation of various activities. Every year, students also take part in major sports tournaments such as the Champions Trophy in Hamburg, the Royals Cup in Maastricht and the Euromasters near Koblenz. Sports: The Sports department organises training courses in various sports, which take place during the semesters as well as sometimes outside the semesters in Elmshorn. These include: Fitness, handball, volleyball, basketball and self-defence.
