Special features regarding university sports

For the GU university sports programme, a partnership (complete sports programme) exists as well as for excursions (here also JUL & RheinMain University of Applied Sciences (HSRM)). Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. Sport has a positive impact on physical and mental performance and connects people. That’s why CampusSport offers a variety of opportunities to find a balance to the often stressful everyday study routine on and off campus. Our university has committed itself to "lifelong learning". We at CampusSport support this holistic educational mission - be it in the wide range of courses, the diverse participants and instructors or the various modern sports venues on and off campus. CampusSport practises diversity! Sports: CampusSport offers a varied range of courses in the following areas: Endurance sports; Ball sports; Relaxation; Fitness sports; Martial arts & self-defence; Climbing; Aviation sports; Cycling; Dancing; Water sports; Winter sports
