Special features regarding university sports

The university offers its own sports programme. Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences (THB) also offers student sports courses itself as well as additional external sports courses for students to use free of charge. Participation is free of charge. University sport is an important way to balance out everyday student life. For this reason, the THB offers a diverse programme for all members of the university. In partnership with the student union executive committee, not only "classic" sports such as volleyball, football, table tennis, running club or water sports are offered, but new sports are frequently added to the selection, such as pole sports, bouldering or chess. We are likewise constantly expanding our selection of cooperation partners. The sports programme is freely accessible to students of all universities (prerequisite is a valid enrolment). Sports: Fishing; American football; Basketball; Ice hockey; Football; Canoeing; Rowing; Volleyball; Beach volleyball; Water polo; Swimming; Bailaro; Rope skipping; Slackline; Jumping fitness
