Special features regarding university sports

The university offers its own sports programme. Participation is free of charge. Wide and varied range of sports (new trend sports are regularly established); Own climbing wall; Small groups & personal supervision; Competitions & support as well as support of competitive athletes in the Olympic squad; A variety of events are regularly held during the semester; these are mainly for fun and for networking with other students – with the emphasis naturally on the common pursuit of sports; Close coordination with health management and other university interfaces. Sports: Weekly programme of games, sports and exercise courses. Beginner, advanced and competitive athletes can participate. In addition to a varied range of ball sports (e.g. basketball, badminton, etc.), various fitness and grass-roots courses (TaeBo, Pilates, yoga, etc.) take place.
