Locations: Bielefeld; Bamberg; Berlin; Düren; Hanover; Cologne; Frechen; Rostock; Schwerin; Waldshut; Stock: 27,783 physical and 28,326 digital books; 183,000 conference papers; Approx. 3.9 million specialist articles; 19.4 million full texts from trade journals; 227 million articles from the daily and weekly press; Service: In particular, the FHM eLibrary is continuously being systematically expanded. E-books, trade journals, press articles and market data can be researched and downloaded directly from Springer, utb, Kohlhammer, WISO, Statistia, F.A.Z. and Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek. Acquisition proposals from students, teaching staff and researchers of the FHM are preferably acquired as an online resource so that they can be accessed at any time and from anywhere. If no campus licence is available, printed versions will be procured for the FHM library at the location that made the proposal.

There is a foreign language centre. Languages offered: English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese.

Special features regarding university sports

The university offers its own sports programme. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees. FHM works together with the students to organise sports events such as running groups, football tournaments and a fitness programme by students for students via social media. Students can also take part in the cross-location ski trip.
