The university offers its own sports programme. There is a partnership with the branch office of the University of Applied Sciences for Police and Public Administration here in Kassel. In addition, participation is usually possible at the Hessian locations, although in some cases consultation with the respective institutions is required. Some courses are free of charge, some subject to fees.
