Practically oriented teaching with a high proportion of exercises and practicals; Practical semester in the 5th semester including the possibility of a foreign work placement; Specialisation areas in Structural Civil Engineering and Traffic and Civil Engineering in the 7th semester, one semester for writing the Diplom thesis; Diverse opportunities for involvement in applied research projects (research-oriented faculty of the university).
