The course of study prepares students for a wide range of professional activities. Students in the Bachelor of Business Psychology can choose a Business Psychology and an Economics major from a total of 20 different majors - in the Master of Business Psychology they can choose 3 from 6 elective subjects. Throughout their studies, students benefit from courses in small groups, a personal learning environment and a large selection of practical supplementary subjects in the Bachelor.

General psychological foundations of Business Psychology, basic experimental research, Positive Psychology, work stress & relaxation, health & presenteeism at universities, e-mental health / app-based interventions to promote mental health, nudging, effects of digitalisation / ICT use during work, leadership & collaboration, reward management, development of a coaching concept for founders, video-based interaction research & voice analysis in coaching, evaluation of competence training for students, multilevel and growth curve models

Support for founders

Lectures on the various topics of start-ups, entrepreneurship, innovation, management, financing, business plan, business model development, innovators' club, student corporate consulting, cross-university networking events on start-ups, funding and business establishment. In addition, close cooperation with the Business Campus and the Digital Hub Bonn: Centre for the founding, establishment and growth of young companies in the Rhein-Sieg district and in the Bonn science region.
