Special features regarding teaching

Studying Economics imparts problem-solving skills. The aim is to train economists who can use economic knowledge and methods to deal with economic policy problems in a differentiated and competent manner. The students also develop social skills that enable them to act responsibly even in ethically challenging decision-making situations. The core of the course is not the derivation and deepening of theoretical knowledge, but its application to contemporary problems.

Special features regarding the international orientation

Compulsory semester abroad at a freely selectable university or university abroad; the internship can also be completed abroad.
