Special features regarding teaching

The 15 professorships and working groups at the Institute of Geosciences reflect the broad range of geosciences at Goethe University. This multitude of subject orientations is reflected in the curricula of geoscientific courses and in teaching. On the one hand, this provides students with a broad education in the geosciences and, on the other hand, gives them the opportunity to specialise individually according to their personal interests and strengths.
