Self-referential, exploratory, research-oriented and practical and project-related learning; Close, personal contact between students and lecturers; personal atmosphere conducive to learning; lecturers readily available, no oversubscribed events; Extensive support and advice in all phases of study (learning groups, method-oriented training courses, self-experience); Supervision and coaching on key transition phases, psychological guidance; Work placement database; International Office/representative; provision of work placements abroad.

Special features regarding the international orientation

Erasmus University Charter, DAAD/PROMOS programmes; Bachelor's: 10-20 outgoing students each winter semester who complete the practical components of their studies abroad (usually in the practical phase 2, 100 days in the 5th semesters). The Master's degree includes possible study visits to partner universities in Finland and Sweden at the end of the 3rd semester and the beginning of the 4th semesters (research project M7) as part of the Master’s. Structural simplifications for international mobility have been put in place for these time periods. However, stays abroad are also encouraged outside of these windows.
