Completion of a degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences\; at least eight years' professional experience\; permanent employment\; excellent command of the English language (proven through TOEFL or IELTS)\; two letters of recommendation\; one letter of consent from the employer\; two interviews in person and a group discussion of a pre-defined topic
