Annotation

In the field of residential and non-residential buildings, almost 40% of Germany's final energy consumption is spent on classical building services engineering such as heating, hot water, air conditioning and lighting. Together with process heat and cooling in industrial manufacturing buildings, this results in more than 60% of final energy consumption - an attractive field of work for engineers in the field of building technology. The use of regenerative energies, the constant increase in energy efficiency as well as the supply and disposal of fluids (water, sewage, oil, fuel, process and exhaust gases, air) in buildings are important topics of study. In addition, knowledge about heat and flow technology as basic knowledge for fields of applications such as heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration as well as energy technology, renewable energy technology and supply engineering are taught. Further subjects in the course are topics such as facility management, planning processes, software in the field of building technology, control and measurement technology as well as electrical engineering. Applications may be possible after the deadlines if degree courses still have excess capacity. If you are interested, please enquire by telephone on +49 (0)375/5361184 or +49 (0)375/5361180.
