Target group

Graduates of undergraduate courses in Brewing and Beverage Technology, Nutrition and Supply Management, Food Management, Food Technology or equivalent courses, who are looking for a self-reliant and highly qualified occupation in the food industry and in the upstream and downstream industries as well as trade and service companies. The goal is also the acquisition of competencies to plan, conduct and assess research projects.

Annotation

Product Safety is only offered in the winter semester at the beginning of the course. The field of study Product Development is offered in the winter semester and summer semester. The theoretical compulsory modules of the field of study Product Development take place in block lessons at Campus Triesdorf (near Ansbach).

Admission requirements

Basic university degree in the degree courses: Brewing and Beverage Technology, Nutrition and Supply Management, Food Management, Food Technology with at least 180 EC / 6 semesters or alternatively an equivalent degree. Deadlines for submitting proof of the university degree see www.hswt.de/studium/bewerbung.html Applicants with less than 210 EC (but at least 180 EC) have to make up for missing credits from the university's bachelor study program after starting their studies.
