The course serves to professionalise those people who require and apply knowledge of occupational and organisational psychological in their work and role or who work on problems of occupational and organisational psychological relevance. The target group is specialists and managers who have experience in the following areas of work within both non-profit and profit organisations - Work / roles in the field of human resource management or in organisational planning, design and development - Managerial and cross-divisional roles (team/project leadership roles, implementation of new techniques or management systems) - Advisory activities (consulting / coaching / counselling)

Admission requirements

The requirements for admission to the postgraduate Master's degree course in Occupational and Organisational Psychology are met by anyone who has completed a degree course of at least six semesters with a total of at least 180 ECTS points (CP) at a university or a comparable degree at a university abroad and can demonstrate at least one year of relevant professional experience. Applicants with completed degree courses will have up to 30 CP credited for their professional experience. The relevant professional experience credited is shown on the certificate of the students concerned with an indication of the ECTS points credited. This is part of the degree course and is therefore a requirement for the successful completion of the continuing education course.
