Annotation

Over the past twenty years, nanosciences have developed into a multifaceted cross-sectional discipline which is now having a significant impact on almost all areas of science and technology. The Master's degree programme 'Nanosciences - Materials, Molecules and Cells' offers an interdisciplinary qualification at the interfaces between Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Through flexible major/minor combinations of two of the three subjects involved, the Master's degree programme enables interdisciplinary specialisation in the field of nanosciences. The degree course is characterised by high practical orientation and proximity to research in the area of the interdisciplinary research Center of Cellular Nanoanalytics (CellNanOs). The Master's degree qualifies you for a broad, interdisciplinary range of professions in the field of research and development in the nanosciences and offers diverse opportunities for a doctorate, e.g. in the context of graduate schools at the University of Osnabrück.
