This Master's degree programme is specifically designed for professionals and is aimed at experienced lawyers,economists,physiciansand pharmaceuticalsas well as to young graduates, young professionalsand internswho aspire to a leadership position at insurance companies, pharmaceutical and other companies, ministries and associations, institutions of the health system, clinics and law firms of medical law. Participation in the degree course is alsopossible for graduatesfrom other disciplines.

Admission requirements

Admission requirement to the Master's degree programme “Medical Law” is a successfully completed university degree in with a state exam, Diplom, Bachelor or Master's degree programme among the top 50% of all graduatesat a university with at least 240 ECTS credit points. Up to 60 ECTS points can be obtained on the basis of professional qualifications. For non-legally trained applicants:: admission requires participation in the preparatory course and passing two examinations.
