Bachelor's degree in Public Administration (BPA), Diplom degree in Administration, Diplom degree in Finance, Diplom degree in Judicial Services or a degree in an equivalent subject comprising at least 6 semesters with an administrative science focus\; professional experience\; graduates with other degrees and having completed at least 3 years of higher intermediate level civil service (after qualification).
