Annotation

As our society changes, so do educational institutions and education occupations. Students, parents, the economy and the public as a whole have become more demanding and critical. The growing demands on diversity and competitiveness call for a new, future-oriented academic and pedagogical quality management, based on modern management tools and qualified management personnel. The Master's degree programme in Education Management, which is carried out at the UNIKIMS, the Management School of the University of Kassel, paves the way for prospective or already active managers in educational institutions to think, act and lead in a contemporary way. The career-integrated Master's degree programme, which starts in the winter semester, is designed for three semesters and is subject to a fee. Continuing education courses are designed as career-integrated degree courses. Formal enrolment for part-time studies is not possible in this degree course in accordance with the Hessian Enrolment Ordinance.
