Target group

The course is aimed at graduates with a first professional degree in Degree courses in the field of Mathematics, Business Mathematics or one that is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in the amount of 180 credits and subject-related study at a university or equivalent higher education institution in Germany or abroad.

The course can also be studied in English with a slightly limited choice of modules.

Admission requirements

The subject-related prerequisite is proof of a degree in the field of business mathematics or mathematics if, in addition, modules from the field of business sciences amounting to at least 30 credit points have been completed. The final grade should be 2.5 or better. In addition, admission is dependent upon taking part successfully in a personal interview with a duration of up to 45 minutes. Knowledge of a high-level programming language is required.
