successfully completed vocational training in one of the following professions: - State-recognised social assistant - State-certified childcare assistant - State-recognised childcare worker - State-recognised social pedagogue or social worker (Diplom degree) - Educationalist - State-recognised therapeutic educator or carer for people with special educational needs - Teacher with the First State Examination - Community educator - Dance teacher, music teacher, sports teacher and drama teacher - Graduate with a Bachelor's, Magister or Master's degree in a relevant subject or for people who have been working for three years without an educational or other professional qualification who demonstrate their aptitude for education through a placement test
