Admission requirements

A completed education and training in geriatric care and nursing, health care and (children's) nursing, physiotherapy, ergotherapy or as a nursing specialist that is recognised by the state in Germany. The degree course is also possible for professionally qualified persons without a higher education entrance qualification. For this, you need either a progressive qualification level (master craftsman and equivalent advanced training examinations and degrees) or, in addition to one of the required vocational training and education courses, at least three years of full-time professional experience after completing the training.
