Employment (at least 50% of a full-time position) / training: -Employment agreement or training agreement and current evidence of employment Evidence of care for own children: - Birth certificate of child/children, (household) registration certificate (request from local authority/district town hall), custody declaration (for fathers not married to the mother and vice versa) or marriage certificate Evidence of of care for close relatives (parents, grandparents, children or spouse): -- Attestation of attending physician Evidence of personal serious illness or disability: -- Severe disability card (minimum degree 50%) or a consultant's report on the disability/chronic illness, presented in a way understandable by a lay person Evidence of athlete status: - Certification from respective sports association Evidence for other social reasons: Relevant items of evidence Evidence of completed self-assessment
